Information about your pregnancy and accessibility
Our booking form may invite you to tell us a little about your pregnancy and whether you have any accessibility requirements.
Depending on what you choose to tell us, this information may include personal information that is considered special category data under UK data protection law, such as information relating to your health.
You do not need to provide more information than you are comfortable sharing. Please only include information that is relevant to your booking or that you would like us to know so that we can provide an appropriate and accessible service.

Our website and booking system are provided through Squarespace and may involve Squarespace processing personal information on our behalf.
When you make a booking, the information you provide may be processed and stored through the relevant Squarespace booking and scheduling services.

Where a third-party payment provider is used, your payment information may be processed directly by that provider in accordance with its own privacy notice and terms.
We do not need access to your full payment card details where payment is processed securely by a third-party payment provider.
The payment methods available to you will be shown at the time of booking or payment.

We may use WhatsApp to communicate with you about your booking, answer questions and, where you have opted in, send you marketing or news.
